We've loved welcoming you back to our Salon and we want to reassure you that your health and safety remains our top priority.

 

We please ask that all our clients follow our new guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both you and the salon Team

PLEASE WEAR A MASK

All stylists and clients are required to wear a face covering at all times during your visit to the Salon. Ear loop masks are best for all hair services

 

SAFETY CHECK-INS

Are required upon entering the Salon to ensure that all clients are symptom free. We may ask to take you temperature

 

NO WAITING AREA

Limiting crowded spaces makes everyone safer. Please wait outside until your stylist comes to collect you.

 

GUESTS ONLY

To maintain social distancing, please come alone to your appointment. Vulnerable adults and children can be accompanied with prior agreement

CONTACTLESS GREETING

We have missed you but we still can’t hug you.

 

COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS, TREATS & MAGAZINES

Will be paused for now, but please feel free to bring your own.

 

CASHLESS PAYMENTS

We are asking all clients to pay by card. Cash will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances

KEEPING A SAFE DISTANCE

We have created individual working ‘pods’ for each stylist to ensure social distancing between each client/stylist group. This will include an area for you to keep your personal belongings

 

CLEANING & SANITATION STANDARDS

All stations, tools and products are being thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every client. We can assure you that your gown, our aprons and all towels are clean. Our team are now qualified in the Barbicide Certification for infection control.

STYLIST PPE

All Stylists will be provided with the relevant PPE. This will be refreshed for each appointment.

STYLIST SAFETY CHECK-INS

To assure that every salon Colleague is symptom free.

 

SANITISE TOGETHER

We will provide hand sanitiser for both clients and colleagues. We ask that all clients sanitise their hands before every appointment
